Terms & Conditions

1. Scope and Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all registrations, purchases, sponsorships, exhibitions, partnerships, and participation in the Global Aviation Conference Frankfurt (“Event”), organised by Aviovis Group (“Organiser”).

By registering or purchasing any participation package or service, you confirm that:

  • You are acting in a business or professional capacity; and
  • The purchase does not constitute a consumer transaction.

2. Participation, Transfers and Substitutions

2.1 Participants may substitute another employee from the same organisation at any time prior to the Event without additional cost.

2.2 The Organiser may request proof of company affiliation.

2.3 Participation rights, tickets, sponsorships, exhibition spaces, or related benefits are non-transferable outside the purchasing organisation unless expressly approved in writing by the Organiser.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

3.1 If the Event must be cancelled or postponed, it may be rescheduled and all participation rights and registrations shall remain valid for the revised date.

3.2 If your organisation is unable to participate on the revised date, the matter may be discussed separately with the Organiser’s management in good faith to reach a mutually beneficial solution for both parties.

4. Force Majeure

The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, governmental restrictions, acts of terrorism, war, natural disasters, travel disruptions, pandemics, venue closures, or technical failures.

Such circumstances shall not entitle participants to refunds, compensation, or damages.

5. Travel & Visa Requirements

Participants are solely responsible for arranging travel, accommodation, insurance, and visa documentation.

The Organiser assumes no liability for denied visas, travel disruptions, accommodation issues, or related costs.

6. Networking, Publicity & Attendee Visibility

6.1 The Organiser may publicly refer to your organisation’s participation for promotional, marketing, and networking purposes, including social media, press releases, websites, and communications with other attendees.

6.2 By participating, you agree that your company name, logo, and delegate information may be included in:

  • Attendee lists
  • Networking and matchmaking tools
  • Sponsor or exhibitor directories
  • Event materials
  • Digital event platforms

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the Event.

7.2 The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour negatively affects the safety, operations, reputation, or experience of the Event or other attendees. Such removal shall not entitle any refund or compensation.

8. Media, Photography & Recordings

8.1 The Organiser may photograph, film, livestream, or otherwise record the Event.

8.2 By attending or participating, your organisation grants the Organiser the right to use such recordings and materials for promotional, marketing, editorial, or archival purposes without compensation.

8.3 Participants may not record sessions, presentations, or private meetings without prior written consent from the Organiser and relevant parties.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All Event content, presentations, branding, materials, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 No reproduction, distribution, publication, storage, or adaptation of Event content is permitted without prior written permission from both the presenter and the Organiser.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Organiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, or financial losses.
  • The Organiser’s total liability shall not exceed the net amount paid by the participating organisation to the Organiser.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany.

The courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with the Event or participation therein.

12. Amendments

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.

Any significant updates will be communicated to registered participants and organisations.
